Andrew Rigby

Andrew Rigby is the Group Managing Director of SL Rasch. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s global operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He holds an Master of Science in Façade Engineering from the University of Bath and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders, with further accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. With over twenty years of experience in delivering complex, high-value construction and engineering programmes, he brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, programme delivery, and commercial management. He has led multidisciplinary teams across international projects, ensuring alignment between design, engineering, and construction to achieve high-quality outcomes. At SL Rasch, Andrew focuses on driving operational excellence across the group, strengthening project delivery, enhancing coordination between global teams, and ensuring consistent performance across all business units.
