Theresa Frick is Chief People & Organization Officer at SL Rasch GmbH. After completing her studies in business administration and earning a master’s degree in “International Business and Consulting,” she gained extensive international experience in human resources and project management. Thanks to her strategic vision and strong execution skills, she plays a key role in creating efficient structures and continuously optimizing processes and organizational workflows.
In her role, she makes a significant contribution to shaping the company’s organizational and personnel structure in a sustainable manner. In doing so, she ensures that role assignments, leadership principles, collaboration, and performance structures remain clearly defined, efficiently implemented, and scalable in the long term.
