Theresa Frick

Theresa Frick is the Head of Human Resources at SL Rasch GmbH. After completing her business administration studies and obtaining a Master’s degree in International Business and Consulting, she gained extensive international experience in human resources and project management. Thanks to her strategic vision and strong implementation skills, she plays a key role in creating efficient structures and continuously optimising HR processes. In doing so, she ensures that her work serves both the company’s goals and the needs of its employees.
