Stefan Schöne

Stefan Schöne is Head of Engineering at SL Rasch. He has profound experience in the analysis and construction of lightweight structures which he has constantly developed, not least during his almost 20-year career in our company. In particular, he has a deep understanding of steel structures and he is certified as International Welding Engineer (IWE). He has advanced knowledge in structural dynamics, which he has demonstrated in the realisation of projects such as large-scale umbrella structures or a composite pedestrian walkway.
He and his team are responsible for structural planning, design and form-finding of our (lightweight) structures. Next to this, they are also in charge of research and development, numerical simulations and quality assurance and control.
